I was out hiking in the Fair View Mountains today. Pleasant weather, windy, and the smoky conditions got a bit better in the afternoon. Saw some Hawks and Ravens. Last week in the same area I came across a South Western Speckled Rattler, the type that lives in the mountains around here. I had my lunch in a great spot with a view of Whale Rock as I call it
