Paulespo,
First of all the girls were coming from Bowen ranch. They were from LA and claimed they did a lot of research on the internet. However they thought they could get the internet on their phones for help. While in the bottom of a deep canyon. Most people know radio waves do not go there. They were from downtown LA. The woman who was rescued was over weight by more than 100 pounds. If she had trouble going down hill you can imagine how it would be going uphill. They did not even know to cool her off with water.? Just sit here in the sun.
Mike is a constant complainer. He will complain about the Moon being too bright. While You are explaining how pretty it is. That is his nature. The new campground will not draw any more people than there are right now. It will only make them more comfortable. The new campground management want to make a heliport for the helicopters to land and assist the medics. They want to make going to the springs a pleasure. Something easy to do. Can you relate?
Most people going to the springs are now using the Bradford ridge path. Because they have heard of stories about the Bowen ranch. At least that is what they say when asked. Ask them what those stories are. The new campground will and is attracting people who have heard those stories.
Thanks for asking and thanks for helping so much with the hot springs trash and graffito.
