A long time DCHS regular told me the trash situation was really bad down at the spring. Understandable with all the crowds. I was recently down in the lower part of Deep Creek near the Mohave Forks dam and near the end of Deep Creek Rd there on the weekends its overrun with people and ORV's. A friend and Deep Creek long time visitor who lives on Deep Creek Rd said recently the amount of people recreating around the dam is so much more than he has ever seen. Where we spent time along the creek upstream from the dam I saw more people than ever going up and down the PCT.
