...Flash Flood Watch Tuesday through Wednesday...

.A slow-moving low pressure system southwest of Point Conception
will move slowly toward the southeast and east moving inland
across Southern California on Wednesday. Scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms with moderate to heavy rainfall will bring
areas of urban and small stream flooding. Isolated flash flooding
is possible in the heaviest downpours.
