I talked to the owners of the new campground and was told they are waiting on conditional use permits from the county. They were reported to the county for taking money for parking on their place. The trailers and equipment that was on top of the hill and visible from the freedom trail have been moved to the other side of the hill. When the parking area is open, you will be driving by them. They were moved because the top of the hill is where they want to build a store. They are hoping to be open by summer, but the virus lockdown may extend their timeline.
