Well said!! It would be nice if it were added to the campground website.
You might add something about bringing plenty of water, monitoring for heat problems during hot weather and remembering the trail so as not to get lost on the way back.
I haven't been to the springs for some time with my main nude hikes and visits during the late 80's and 90's and mid to late aughts. I too discovered the springs from Lee's nude beaches book and things were a bit more remote then. I'm older and retired now yet still want to get a few more visits in though it is a drive from IB.
I sent an email to the new campground staff via the web site inquiring if the place is going to be nude friendly like Bowen yet have not gotten a reply. I'd be happy to send another with your suggestion Paul and would donate some sheckels for brochures or signage near the trail to educate new visitors.
