TomFoolery, what a wonderful report of your experiences at DCHS yesterday! Thank you for taking the time to post it! The " world traveler guy " you mentioned is named Dan. I always enjoy the stories of his travels. He discussed while we were down there his next destination, Chili, South America. I just saw a National Geographic show in which they were talking about the possibility of there being multiverses and other various new theories and ideas from the strange world of quantum physics I went to Burning Man 12 times ( a truly great experience ), and the 2020 BM Theme is Multiverse. Hummm, just a coincidence, or maybe it has something to do with the theory of " quantum entanglement " As we all three ( Jobe, my wife and I ) hobbled out of the canyon at the end of the day, that magnificent blazing orange and red sunset was surely a great treat! Good to hear that the new access to DCHS was such a positive experience! And regarding your last sentence " Thank you for not giving up on me, even when I wanted to give up on myself. If I was dead, I would have missed out on today, and that would really suck ", here is something your expressed sentiment reminds me of said by Tom Hanks in the movie Castaway, " I knew what I had to do, keep breathing, because tomorrow the sun will rise, who knows what the tide could bring!
