As I think you know already Paulespo, the hike upstream from the Mojave Forks Dam features lots of graffiti. Its an unfortunate sight for people like myself going that way when I do. As Paul mentioned, thanks so much for your efforts. I recently was working on some graffiti removal myself and it appeared it was made of Titatium, because it was that resistant to anything I did to try and remove it.
