I remember arriving for my first visit in .... spring 2005? and there being a rope set up. That was the last winter where we had as much rain as this one, I believe. I looked at the roaring creek. I looked over at the heads sticking up out of the Serenity Pool and the Womb. I asked a young woman who had hiked down at the same time as me..."Do you know if there is any way to cross, like on a log or rocks or something, downstream?" She laughed at me and said - "Don't be a wimp. Get naked and get in that water!"

I complied and it was the best day ever.

For now, I would take the Bradford Ridge tho!
