So mentioned in another thead, I was taking 2 people for their first time.

My party left Long Beach at 7, arrived to Bowen Ranch at around 9:15 am.
Drive on dirt road was decent, maybe 2 patches of Mud but nothing difficult.
I thought recent rain would made it bad, but I guess not? Maybe it wasn't heavy rain in High Desert vs LA area, or it had time to dry off

At Bown Ranch, I noticed there was some changes:
Doesn't seem like he allows overnight anymore, as it says $5 for sunrise to 5pm, and no $10 for overnight.
Also, despite arriving at 9:15 am, there was no other cars at Bowen, so my part was first to arrive.

About 1h15 min to hike down with party.
To cross the creek, we went on rocks down stream.

There was a few party that camped overnight that parked at Bradford.
Maybe 20 minutes after us, there was a big party of maybe 15 people that parked at Freedom trail.

A few parties that parked at Bowen Ranch started to arrived after noon?

Most of the people were clothed, maybe 3 people all natural.

On total, maybe total of 30 people or less?
Most were there for first time.

Water itself is COLD. Even when swimming in it to the other pool is difficult (typically swimming helps in withstanding cold water vs quick dip)

Hiked out at 3:15. 1h30min hike.

I note there was about 5 cars at Bowen Ranch when I left, so It was a quiet day.

Btw, I when going home, GPS tried to tell me to turn left on Juniper Flats .
Any ideas why GPS try to lie?
