Thank you to all the comments above. I wound up having to hire a lawyer just because all the research on public nudity/indecent exposure had me really scared about forever being on a registry. So if I'm going to shell out a whooole bunch of money for someone to defend my right to be naked, I'm going to get naked.
Anyone want to hike with me, a nudist officially under investigation? I'll be there April 26.
