I parked there on a recent trip not more than a week ago. Never have any problems while parking on Bowen ranch!!!
I am polite to the land owners, and crack a joke or two with them.
There are new hours, which I think helps curb the over night stays at the creek.
7 am open 9 pm close .
$10 if traveling out after dusk.
I always thank Bowen for being available and holding space . I LOVE hot springs and appreciate the shorter hike trail
