" Bowen Ranch is going to be closing to all parking for the springs " is just referencing parking on the Bowen Ranch Property and is not implying DCHS would be closed. There are many ways to access DCHS besides using that small 80 acre private property for parking. I doubt the USFS would mess with the pools at DCHS as it is a very popular destination for hikers, and the PCT runs by there too. Mike has threatened closing the Bowen Ranch before other times in the past, but then it did not happen. Time will tell.
