I'll add to what others have said. I'm in Imperial Beach and its 15N to 215N to 15N and if I leave a little before 7 I'm at the Bowen Ranch gate 10:30-11:00 including traffic. Same way going home and I usually stop for a meal on Bear Valley so it is a full day. Very much worth it though. Not sure if you are naturists. We have a private backyard with pool and hot tub and I'm nude most of the day yet the freedom of the nude hike to the springs is still a great experience as well as the beauty of the springs.A true treasure. It is well worth the drive. Staying over either before or after is a good idea. I heard the old Tree House nudist resort in Devore has been taken over by new owners with more of a free love atmosphere. I also heard regular non swinging nudists are also welcome there. May be a good place to stay overnight. Anyone have any information on the place?
Anyone remember the nude beach that used to be north of IB on the silver strand?
