Yes, we've spoken several times at the hot springs among other places.
So you are saying that Mike Castro has a hard time saying no and so he helps people out of his own free will. He just has a hard time turning them down. I'm glad he's such a nice, helpful and capable guy.
Honestly, I'm not trying to put Mike Castro in a "Damned if you do and Damned if you don't" situation. I'm just saying he should say no if he wants ... it's his choice.
But why is it his "responsibility" and not the BLM, USFS or San Bernardino Sheriff's?
Why doesn't he tell them to just do THEIR job and that he is a private citizen?
Does he want some of us to complain to them that they don't or won't do their job?
Maybe the complaints would carry more weight if a number of them were received??
