I never been to DCHS in the winter time, let alone after the strongest storms we've had in years. Is the river crossable during this time? I'm thinking of going up there on Sunday. Hopefully the pools are not underwater and warm? Also, is it absolutely freezing like crazy there overnight? I would imagine so.
