Snow shouldn't be a concern, but mud is.
See my experience as also first time.
Just drive slow, try to drive on the least mudier spkts, and speed up when going up hill. If you get stuck, reverse and then go floor it
But I saw many low 2WD cars at Bowen Ranch that idk how they got there.
Personally I would wait about 1.5 week, if not a full week, after rain
