Has anyone else had the hebegebees?

So anyone else had the feeling your not alone hiking the pct to the dam or smelled the jasmine, or just had that off feeling?
Im a regular hiker normally alone or with my dog and have only felt this a few times in some sketchy places in the mountains. But that time was at dusk with my dog and she kept acting like someone was with us but it was just me and my two climbing partners who had the same feeling and kept smelling jasmine with the cool breeze it was by where the pct has the little caves and you can tell where the old trail was. Just would like to know if this was just us or not.
