Glad you made it back to this side of nature. I am sure you are very thankful to medical science. Perhaps, we should ban the use of Mojave from this board as the Mojave before you started posting under that handle met with a worse outcome than you. I enjoyed your postings as much as anyone here too. Mojave green was run over by a police car chasing a bank robber. He did not make it back unfortunately.
You will need to soak that knee and put it to use hiking again. I HOPE you continue posting here about how miraculous the spring waters are. It is most probable that you picked up that microbe at work. A hazard of your trade. So your insurance will be satisfied. And us hot spring lovers also. PLEASE, Keep us updated @ what the research on the microbe turns out to be. I will be sitting on the edge of my computer screen with curiosity.
Things like this happen for a reason. I hope it is for a better understanding of the nature of microbes and other such mysteries. Look on the bright side ? Now you can park in the handicapped parking spot. And when the doctor tells you to take two of these and call him in the morning. You can take two women with you to the springs and call him ;-)
