I guarantee I have read every statute in the law book.
Back in '98 I was arrested for possession of a fire arm. As if that was illegal? I beat my case. My point is anyone in California with a fire arm can be arrested for no other reason. Even if you have no criminal record. Like me? I would have taken my case to the Supreme Court if needed. I stood my ground and won my case with a little help from my friends. But I saw others charged with the same crime pay huge fines while in court. Also once guilty they lost their right to bear arms. A right this law abiding citizen is unwilling to do.
Like the song says : you gotta fight for the right. Freedom ain't free. When you go through struggles you get tougher : D
Getting back to this matter I am madder at the system in this situation. Others who are in a prohibited area after sunset are fined for it. Why not muslems?
Back in 2008 while picking up litter near Hoover dam I was fined for being in a prohibited area. It cost me 330$. Dispite the fact there were no signs warning of the prohibition. It must be that muslems have more rights than us Christians. ?
