And because of the weather about to turn really bad which it definitely did. Odd though that they told everyone they could not leave... like they have that kind of power. My friend said that they basically gave out 1 ticket per group. The first one to hand over an ID got the ticket. I actually applaud them for coming as well. The trash situation is just so sad.
