Francis Pusok remained in custody Friday after refusing to be arraigned on new charges, court records show. Pusok, who was scheduled to be arraigned in Victorville Superior Court Friday afternoon, is being charged with two felonies and a misdemeanor after being accused of punching a man in the nose Tuesday.
