I have heard those rumors too ? This I know - my neighbor who was a regular back in 2012 and the again in 2013 got a ticket For camping. Both times it was 62$ fine with a 5$ administration fee. Perhaps ? Some one who recently got one of these new tickets will sign on here and confirm this new fine and fee. Otherwise I do not believe rumors.
