Action is better than words. I agree with all of Katrina's advice. Also print out this website and enter that as evidence. It will also help them evaluate your situation.
I have gone to the police 3 times and reported complaints against his violent behavior and filthy mouth. This is what I have learned :
1) the police have a delay and give up stratagie. If you go to the Apple Valley station they tell you the area is covered by office in Victorville. When you get there they tell you to go to Apple valley. You MUST explain they sent you here.
2) Be patient. They will make you wait, and wait. Wait is a 4 letter word, be patient.
3) You must explain to them you want to file a complaint against him.
4) I suggest you hire a lawyer and let him know your wishes.
5) Mike has worked with search and rescue in the past and is a confidential informant. He pulled that chain in the past.
6) The last time I filed a complaint against him the officer admitted to me they know the guy is a nut and have a large file about him.
I hope yours is much more than just another complaint number in that file and results in ACTION !
