I've only done the Bradford Ridge Trail and the PCT. The PCT is pretty flat once you've done the initial climb out from the dam. But it's a 6 mile hike. I went natural from a rainbow painted bridge, which is about the halfway point, on. Bradford ridge is much shorter and drops you down on the PCT near the creek, but the climb out from the creek can be strenuous depending on your fitness level. On the BRT I went natural all the way from where I parked my truck to the creek. In either case make sure you have plenty of liquids.
