David, everything still the same, no problem hiking nude.
You can hike nude all along Deep Creek 'til you get to within quarter mile of civilization.
Some time ago when I spoke with Ranger Bran Burns regarding legal matters of nude hiking. He pointed out that any time you hike in the area of Deep Creek Hot Springs, say for example on the Pacific Crest Trail, (PCT) it is permissible to hike nude. Then when you come within a quarter mile of civilization, say such as a town or road or something, then you need to be dressed or risk being citied.
I do not know what a citation runs if caught.
