JOBE:
I'm a bit disappointed to see that you still haven't posted the details about where the motorcycle tracks lead to -- specifically. You say they lead to the Bowen Ranch, but that's still too vague. Where EXACTLY at the Bowen Ranch? -- "All the way back to the Bowen ranch" (from your post) is meaningless. "...to the Bowen Ranch" COULD mean up to the GATE but not into the ranch itself.
Even though many people say that Mike has incentives to seeing vandalism occur to discourage JF3 parking, I just don't buy it. 3 incidents all year is hardly supportive of that conclusion. And I really can't see Mike taking that sort of risk in his situation, standing to lose everything he's worked for by committing crimes like that. It just doesn't make sense.
I could believe, however, some overzealous friend of Mike's possibly doing it. I ran into one of Mike's friends one time in the parking lot at the Ranch a while back, and I was not too impressed with this guy's mentality and he stunk like beer. He killed a rattlesnake in front of myself and a tourist, in true redneck fashion. It kinda rubbed us the wrong way. I could imagine this idiot vandalizing cars on behalf of Mike -- without Mike's knowledge.
I guess I wanna say this to Mike if he's 'listening': If you have anything whatsoever to do with the vandalism, I will, let's say, be very disappointed, to put it mildly. I truly hope this is not the case.
Let me say this, however: Mike has denied to my face any involvement in the vandalism. I believe him. I have no reason not to. He has too much to lose by being involved. He displays a sense of responsibility regarding his property that I just cannot imagine he'd risk over the loss of a $4 parking fee. I'm convinced, if Mike had any knowledge of the source of the vandalism, he'd put an immediate stop to it.
