Jobe,
Thanks to that illegally made trail in the backcountry and some publicity regarding how to enter the area where the trail is, may have also contributed to this incident we now find ourselves discussing. I am sure you know who I mean when I speak of regarding the publicity and the illegal aspects of this trail thing.
I spoke with Mike yesterday after returning from the hot springs as usually do. He was approached by thee other person that had their windows broken to. Mike filed a report with the police dept. in town shortly afterwards. You're pointing to the blame on the wrong person Jobe! It's summer time, school is out for the summer, more visitors into the area now who drink may very well contributed to the vandalism you found yourself in recently. Plus as I mentioned in a post to FOF, a lack of U.S. Forestry support lately, a real lack of it!! So don't blame Mike. There's always tire marks out there from all sorts of vehicles roaming around place where you, Wizard and host of others now park at. I was out there yesterday and noticed alot more tire marks than usual.
When you refer to tires marks leading back to Bowen Ranch. Hey, how the hell does anyone put tire marks on some parts of that road you referring to, that in many places have pure rock or hard rock surfaces? I didn't know tires marks could be imprinted onto hard surfaces on non-sand or decomposed granite road surfaces. Do you know something I don't? Jobe, you can't drive any sort of vehicle, and that includes Mike C. and his dirt bike who drives that area very often, and merely follow the tire marks from the where the incident took place to all the way back to Bowen Ranch. There's simply too many very hard rocky places in that road that simply will not leave a tire imprint. So your theory of tire marks leading back to Bowen Ranch is false. I drove through that area yesterday and many many times in the past as you have. Why did you make-up such accusations about Mike when you simply can not produce any verifiable proof?
