And one last last post to underline the irony of some of what I'm saying: My first group skinny-dipping experiences happened when I was a boy scout. At camp. And after a 17 mile hike with a full backpack too heavy for the kid I was then really to handle.
So if this just isn't a problem for your group, you can ignore the concerns expressed above. I still wouldn't take a youth group excursion on the Bradford Ridge "path" - it's not even really a trail.
