It takes me about 40 minutes from Hwy 18 at the base of the hill to the Bradford Ridge Trail Head or Bradford route. From 40th and Waterman which is Hwy 18 to the trailhead easy to make it in 40 minutes, cause I drive slow. 40th and Waterman to Hwy 189 turn left at Lake Gregory Drive, 100 feet turn right on Hwy 189, 2 miles later turn left on Grass Valley, Turn left on Rhine then right on Grass valley Road, 2 miles later turn left on Hwy 173 until you come to a gate blocking the road, park anywhere day or night without blocking the road, the trailhead is about 100 feet from the concrete bridge going East. You will not find much traffic on the trail even on holiday weekends. So hike free if you like. I wear some sweats in the winter to keep my rusty knees from making too much racket.
