I hiked the steeper trail to the right both down and up when I did it, only by accident. I heard about the wrong turn later. The steep side it a bear coming up and going down, but now seeing the less steep ridge I can assure anyone that it is not much different than Bowen Ranch.
I have never hiked to the springs wearing clothes.
