I hike the Bradford Trail on average of every other day, the road is closed just past the bridge. You don't see as many "free hikers" on the Bradford as you do the freedom trail, I usually put clothes on before reaching the road on the trip out. If it is exercise you desire then the Bradford is the trail for you.
