I found that PCT hikers contribute significantly to the trash problem. I've never seen anyone carrying a shovel for # 2 and
I find that during their stay the used TP situation is at its worst.

We should write to the association to include DCHS vicinity in there.
At another hot springs I visit volunteers succeded in prohibiting kayakers and commecial tour operators
from making a stop at the springs. I think we should do the same and prohibit overnight and extended stays.

If there is a resistance to put special wording, then we can target PCTA's corporate sponsors:
