So getting back to deep creek, do you think if we held a fundraiser (bake sale?), how about turning this one into a clubhouse*. It needs some TLC but has potential. There is another one actually on Bowen Ranch that is foreclosed and up for auction now. Alternatively it may be cheaper just to buy land and build something new. Hopefully Wizard can provide a construction discount.
