Changed plans this wet weekend. Arrived in LV. Lots of activities planned, maybe hike for a soak if we have time. I feel more comfortable that I brought someone along that if we get lost, he can probably teach a thing or two about survival. But first, I need to provide a dose of some good American culture by taking him to see Fantasy, front row, given first time in the US. Little does he know he will be dragged onstage.

On a side note, Hwy 15 between 210 and the 215 connection is a nightmare. Looks like they are doing some construction there and it's a parking lot for well over 30+ minutes over that short stretch. We were there after 2 pm. Heavy winds as we passed Hesperia and cold.
