Rush. Neil Peart, arguably one of the best drummers the world will know.

Vinyl. I don't nearly have that many records but have a few. In fact, some of the newer songs are also released on vinyl and sold on a limited basis. DJ's still prefer the depth of vinyl over CDs or encoded music. Personally, I will never give up my Beogram 7000 record player. Had to buy that thing used as they don't make them like that any more. My stereo system was built in 1986. Bought it off an audiophile guy in NYC and paid a pretty high price for it, but damn it built like a tank and next best thing to being in a concert. Of course I have it hooked up as well to a Mac. Had to buy a special cable for that, only available at one store in the city and they had to import it from Denmark.

Enya. My only Irish entry, aside from U2. I kind of lump her in with Loreena, Sarah McLaughlin and a few others. I like some traditional Gaelic and Scottish stuff. But hey I used to listen to Stacey Q, Two of Hearts. And yes it's true was caught trying to imitate Shakira in Hips Don't Lie. About 10% is girlie music. Despite being in touch with the feminine side, I'm all man :-) This reminds me, back in '06 we used to spend a lot of time in Santa Barbara. One weekend we bumped into Martin Gore of Depeche Mode. Didn't even know he lives there. I was certain he was either gay or at least bi with all the makeup and leather, but nope, straight as can be. More accepted for European men I guess to test the spectrum. He's part of the soccer team in that town and lives there with his three kids, who are into the teens now, or I'm guessing shares custody after his divorce.
