They will give you a trail map. It's about two miles. You can camp at the ranch and probably the best option given current conditions. It's private property but if it gets hot I don't think Mike cares if you run around naked like an over caffeinated bunny. In fact highly encouraged to remind visiting conservatives (social not political) what it's all about.
