Your Question is unanserable. Because anything can happen at any time. For example, I was there last Tuesday. When I got there around noon, there were 4 persons at the springs. I could see only 1 RV at the Bowen ranch and only 1 truck at the Freedom trail head. But by sunset there were @ 30 person to hike out with.
