I was at the springs yesterday evening. I met a guy who was hiking the P.C.T. He had a small dog with him. He said a wolf attacked his camp the night before. The wolf ate through his back pack and ate almost all of his dog food. He also got his sausage and bacon. He said he sprayed him with pepper spray and he ran off. Now the guy has to go to town and resupply. He said he was upstream from the springs and near some oak trees.
Some times there are just plum weird coincidents ;~)
