Neo, I guess maybe you were one of the two guys we passed by when we arrived, there on the beach area above the Arizon Pool? Yes I did not recognize you or I would have stopped and visited. Our daughter Lea came along with me for the day. Too bad I missed the regulars there ealier in the day as we got a late start heading out there. We had a wonderful soak and conversations with the other visitors in the Womb and Serenity pools. Back close to the Contemplation Pool there was even a left over little patch of snow from the storm that moved through the area a week before. I saw some other patches of snow too higher up while hiking in. I was at DCHS last week the day of that storm. Around sunset I was the only one left down there. It had been cloudy and threatening all day but it had not rained. Then as dark approached it began to pour down rain. I got my stuff together, put on my rain suit and began the hike out. About half way out of the canyon it began to snow. By the time I reached my truck there was about two inches of snow on the ground. I got to drive through a wintery scene down the dirt rds, passed the Bowen Ranch and down the Bowen Ranch Rd. It was snowing all the way to Round Up where it crosses the Bowen Ranch Rd : )
