The Village Invasion was a violation of everyone's civil rights.

If the police can force themselves into your home under an administrative warrant (not a search warrant) and search your home, then no one is safe in your homes as guaranteed in the United States Constitution, 4th Amendment.

Then if the local government can charge you for this service, add the amount to your property taxes, refuse to accept anything less than full payment, default your property taxes and gain title to your home, then no one's property is safe from being illegally taken by your local government. This is a violation of the United States Constitution, 14th amendment. "nor shall any state deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process.
