Thanks to both of you for the information. This definitely sounds like Pseudomonas aeruginosa folliculitis but I'm a little interested in why this rash only appeared this past trip. I've been going to DCHS for over 5 years and never had an issue with any of the pools, especially the Womb which is usually my pool of choice.
Also, I don't think camping 4 nights caused the folliculitis...
