This picture shows Ann, AKA : " Sycamore Laughing " has her truck parked behind the ranch house. She most likely was collecting the toll for Mikey.
This picture takes me back to one day back in the mid ninteys when I first got my hands on a GPS reciever. I was climbing the hills of Juniper flats to see on my GPS what the heights were. I had my 50x binoculors with me. When I got to the hill directly north of the Bowen ranch I decided to have lunch and SEE what was going on with Mikey.
This is what I saw :
Mikey and cheif law enforcement officer Brad Burns had several suitcase looking things from Mikeys Truck and Mr. Burns Patrol vehicle. They took them out and put them on a table and pulled out automatic rifles. They proceeded to take target practice and made a sign just like the one in your picture.
WHAT A COINCIDENCE ! ! !

Of course this did NOT help me digest my food, so I left.
