Thanks for the correction. I didn't say this guy is perfect. He has his flaws.

However, when I review evidence and documents about an event that occurred, I review it from a legal standpoint. I research the law and case law about what happened based on the documents and evidence provided. It is not a personal evaluation.

I believe that the People of the State of California have a right to pass laws and have those laws enforced. The manner in which the passage and implementation of proposition 215 has been handled has been extremely punitive to the people it was intended to help.

I feel that the Federal government is out of line when they come into a state to enforce Federal law over state law. Such as in Oregon with assisted suicide. California with the medical marijuana law.
