True. Actually your post was the tipping point for going ahead and ordering a copy, especially given lack of copyright. I may just do it myself. The Amazon copy appeared to be in slightly poorer shape with pages that broke from the spine so I didn't want to pay that price if a lower one was available. The NYC seller I bought from used to have a physical store until a few months ago, and now are selling their inventory online.
