mohave, as I posted on Wizard's comments last week or so, I am very interested to read the memoir, learn that history. So keep me posted if you do scan your copy. As I mentioned, I used my academic access to search for the book in many library systems, even across the country via interlibrary loans but could not find a single available copy! Aside from the one you purchased, and another almost twice as expensive on amazon.
