If you go to google.com, then in the black banner bar, select Images instead of Search, and type in "deep creek hot springs", it's evident the number of nude photos that google has indexed. But we must protect the children :-) War, homicide, corruption ... that's all okay, but nudity ... anything but nudity! I'll refrain from quoting George Carlin.
On a side note, a documentary on this topic. YouTube is no longer banning films with simple nudity. So there is hope.
