fire almost out

My concerns about these fires comes from knowledge received while speaking to numerous people and attending meetings concerning the willow fire. I have received information directly from fire professionals.

In addition, I know of a fire on Cajon Pass which was kept going for weeks while the Board of Supervisors kept receiving money without the approval process by claiming this was "an emergency". This fire was from a pile of toxic waste that had been illegally dumped on Cajon Pass. All those toxics burned up in smoke. That smoke goes somewhere into the atmosphere.
