I know we do not have this problem at deep creek, women have the right to be topless and/or bottomless just like males. But everyone should fight for equal rights for this 1/2 of our population. Either that or start ticketing topless men too. I admire this woman's spirit.

It is well for people to change their minds occasionally in order to keep them clean.
