Its always wise not to submerge your head in the hot springs.

By the way Mojave, Blacks Beach has been phenomenal lately. Tons of warm sun, nice people visiting from around the world, and 68 degree water with some excellent surf. Virtually everyone on the beach nude. I even was finally able to convince a gay friend of mine (no I'm not gay) to lose his ridiculous looking Speedos. He realized he was much more comfortable nude (who isn't?).I've been doing a lot of nude surfing and boogie boarding at Blacks. The only downside lately is all the jellyfish. I got stung a few times. The stings aren't too bad though unless you have an allergic reaction. Lifeguards keep Epi pens on hand just in case.

I'll probably get to Deep Creek if we get any cooler daytime weather, hich probably won't happen much now that it is summer.
